Frankfurt region outage

We are currently investigating an issue affecting services hosted in our Frankfurt region. The issue has been identified as an upstream network provider outage impacting connectivity.

Our infrastructure team is actively coordinating with the upstream provider, whose engineers are working to identify the root cause and restore affected services as quickly as possible.

We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.
